About: At the end of 2023, we will be giving away $200 Amazon© Gift Cards to 5 different therapists who took travel therapy contracts with our recommended recruiters!

Eligibility: You must be a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA who received recruiter recommendations from us (or who was connected with one of our recommended recruiters via our hot jobs page), and worked a full 13 week (or longer) contract with the recommended recruiter/company between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2023. (Please note, if you start a 13 week contract in 2023 but don’t finish before 12/31/2023, you will be eligible for the giveaway for the following year, 2024).

If you have not received recruiter recommendations from us, please fill out our recruiter recommendations form here so we can help connect you with our favorite recruiters. If you accept and complete a 13+ week contract with one of them, you can return to this page to complete the entry form and enter our giveaway!

Entries: 1 entry per every 13 week contract or contract extension you took with one of our recommended recruiters (additional entries for each additional contract or extension with the same recruiter/company, or contract with a different recommended recruiter/company). 1 additional entry for providing feedback at the bottom of this page on all of the recruiters we connected you with.

Winner Information: 5 winners will be chosen randomly from the eligible entries received and will be announced by 12/31/2023. Winners will receive one $200 Amazon© Digital Gift Card, delivered via the email address provided on the entry form.
